• Steel pipes of high tensile strength without exterior insulation

  The pipeline is embedded stress-free and corrosionproof. The wall thickness of the pipeline is determined by the selected pressure category.

• Plastic pipes of high tensile strength

  The pipeline is embedded stress-free. The loadbearing qualities taking ascending forces are covered by the loadbearing qualities at construction status. The wall thickness of the pipeline is determined by the selected pressure category.

• Pipes without high tensile strength

  The permissible cramping angle of the joints is not reached under hardcore filling. The method is also suitable for pipes with sockets.

Filling Material

Depending on the preferred pressure-resistance category the selection will be made between fill-in concrete and flowing concrete. The term fill-in concrete refers to a product consisting of stone powder, cement and water. Flowing concrete means that the stone powder is replaced by sand and gravel.
